Good news The Voice UK fans as Emma Willis will be back as host when the show switches over from BBC to ITV next year.
The presenter, who has been at the helm since 2014, said: “The Voice UK is very close to my heart and I’m absolutely delighted to be back on the show. Roll on the blind auditions!”
However her co-host Marvin Humes won’t be returning making it unclear whether Emma will be presenting alone or with someone new.
A statement released by ITV read: “Marvin won’t be appearing on next year’s series but remains very much a part of the ITV family, and we look forward to working with him on other projects in the near future.”
Talking about his time on the show, Marvin said: “I’ve loved every minute of working on The Voice for the past three series and will miss working with Emma and the team.
“It’s one of the best shows on TV and I’ll definitely be tuning in to see the new series.
“I wish the new team the best of luck and look forward to working more with ITV in the near future.”
ITV have picked up three series of The Voice UK from 2017 and also two series of The Voice Kids. But no coaches have yet been announced.
