Mel B, Emma Bunton and Geri Horner – now known collectively as Spice Girls GEM – are reportedly discussing plans with the BBC to secure a deal to develop their own show.
The three-piece are continuing alone after both Victoria Beckham and Melanie C opted out of participating and they are hoping to land a new TV show where they would unearth big music talents from the UK.
“It’s early days but Mel B, Emma and Geri are in talks about developing their own show,” a source told The Mirror.
All three have worked on talent shows before, with Mel B previously working on The X Factor UK and Australia, The Voice Kids: Australia and she currently works on America’s Got Talent too.
Geri served as a judge on Popstars: The Rivals, Australia’s Got Talent and even did a guest stint on X Factor too.
Emma has been a judge on Dancing on Ice, Your Face Sounds Familar and has guest judged on The X Factor twice (once alongside Mel B.)
The ladies have still got a huge loyal following so a TV show would be a huge hit for them and the broadcaster even with out the Mel C and Victoria.
